Welcome to RapidTool ("we", "us", "our", or "the Service"), accessible at www.rapidtool.online. By accessing or using our website and any of the tools available on it, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use our Service.
These Terms apply to all visitors, users and others who access or use the Service.
2. Description of Service
RapidTool provides a collection of free, browser-based online tools including but not limited to PDF tools, image editing tools, calculators, financial tools, developer utilities, SEO tools and text utilities. Most tools process data directly in your browser using JavaScript without uploading your files to any server, except where specifically noted (such as tools that rely on third-party APIs).
All tools on RapidTool are provided free of charge. We do not currently charge for access to any tool, though we reserve the right to introduce premium features in the future with prior notice.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years of age to use this Service. If you are under the age of 18, you confirm that you have your parent or guardian's permission to use the Service. By using RapidTool, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree to use RapidTool only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to use the Service:

- To transmit any material that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, defamatory or otherwise objectionable

You may not use RapidTool's tools to create, process, generate or distribute content that:
- Infringes upon the intellectual property rights of any third party
- Contains malware, viruses or other malicious code
- Is used for fraudulent, deceptive or illegal purposes
- Violates the privacy or publicity rights of any person
- Generates fake or fraudulent documents intended to deceive third parties (e.g. fraudulent ID documents, fake certificates)
We reserve the right to investigate and take appropriate action against anyone who, in our sole discretion, violates this provision.
6. Intellectual Property
The RapidTool name, logo, website design, source code and all original content (excluding user-submitted content) are the property of RapidTool and are protected by applicable copyright, trademark and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute or create derivative works from our website design or source code without prior written permission.
Files, documents and content that you create or process using our tools remain your own property. We claim no ownership rights over content you generate, upload or process using RapidTool's tools.
7. User-Submitted Content
Most RapidTool tools process your files and data entirely within your browser and never transmit them to our servers. For the small number of tools that do communicate with external APIs (such as Currency Converter, IP Lookup, DNS Lookup, WHOIS Lookup, and the optional remove.bg integration in Background Remover), only the minimal data necessary for that specific function is transmitted, and we do not store this data.
You are solely responsible for the content you process using our tools and for ensuring you have the right to use, modify or distribute such content.
8. Third-Party Services
Some tools on RapidTool integrate with third-party services to provide functionality, including:
- ipapi.co — used for anonymous geolocation in analytics and the IP Address Lookup tool
- remove.bg API — optional, user-provided API key for AI-powered background removal
- Currency exchange rate APIs — used in the Currency Converter tool
- Google Apps Script — used for our internal anonymous analytics tracking
We are not responsible for the privacy practices, content, accuracy or availability of these third-party services. Your use of any third-party service through our tools is subject to that service's own terms and privacy policy.
9. Advertisements
RapidTool may display advertisements served by third-party advertising networks (such as Google AdSense) to support the free operation of the Service. These advertising networks may use cookies and similar technologies to serve relevant ads. We do not control the content of third-party advertisements. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for more information on how advertising cookies are used.
10. No Warranty
RapidTool is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement or course of performance.
We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure or error-free, or that results obtained from using any tool will be accurate, reliable or meet your requirements. Calculations from financial calculators, tax estimators and similar tools are provided for general informational and estimation purposes only and should not be relied upon as professional financial, legal or tax advice.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, RapidTool and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, goodwill or other intangible losses, resulting from:
- Your access to or use of, or inability to access or use, the Service
- Any errors, mistakes or inaccuracies in tool outputs or calculations
- Any loss or corruption of data processed through our tools
- Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers or any personal information stored therein
- Any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from the Service
In no event shall our total liability to you for all claims exceed the amount you paid us, if any, for use of the Service in the past twelve months. Since RapidTool is provided free of charge, this amount is zero.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless RapidTool and its operators from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.
13. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us or third parties, or for any other reason at our sole discretion. Since most tools do not require an account, "termination" generally means blocking access from your IP address or device.

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time at our sole discretion. We will indicate the date of the most recent revision at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.
15. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in India.
